AZIMUTH ASIA PACIFIC LTD. is a member of AZIMUTH GROUP, a French holding company. The company, based in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Thailand, was established in March 2013 in order to support Asian market growth. AZIMUTH ASIA PACIFIC’s aim today is to design and produce tools for automotive repairing systems and gearboxes for marine propulsion systems. Our R&D Office, under supervision of CELETTE FRANCE SAS, is especially dedicated to the development of jig for Asian made cars. Our team and the local OEM have weekly contacts with the aim to offer a wide range of solutions for body repair: fixtures, measure data sheets, documentation. We work closely and collect data from Celette technical offices in France, Japan, China and India. A part from designing the jig, we are also designing gearboxes for marine propulsion systems under supervision of MASSON MARINE SAS. Along with R&D operation, AZIMUTH ASIA PACIFIC LTD. integrates all manufacturing processes to keep full control on quality of its products and on the promptness of its delivery lead time. Our Quality & Control department ensures that high quality parts are delivered to our customers.

The Design Engineer (3D Printing parts) is responsible for designing and developing 3D jigs and fixtures specifically for automotive body collision repair, as well as creating necessary documentation and conducting research in the field of 3D printing.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design 3D jig and fixture for automotive body collision repair
• Create 2D setup drawings for customers
• Create files for 3D printer machine
• Conduct research on 3D printing for fixture
• Develop standard engineering design process for 3D printing
• Jig design verify and validation
• Create user manual for jig fixture set
• Onsite jig and fixture prototype validation

คุณสมบัติ

• Engineering Degree
• English communication skills
• Proficient in CREO parametric is a plus
• Strong knowledge in materials (plastic, polymer, metal)
• Interest in Automotive body
• Knowledge of 3D printing process
