AYANA Hospitality, an industry-leading hospitality company, is seeking a General Cashier for our AYANA Komodo resort in Indonesia. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences to our guests, and we need someone who shares our passion for hospitality to join our team. As the General Cashier, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions for the resort, ensuring accuracy and accountability at all times.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Handle all financial transactions for the resort, including petty cash, bank deposits, and credit card transactions
• Reconcile all financial accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all cash and credit transactions
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management and executive teams
• Provide support and training to team members to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Ensure all financial policies and procedures are followed consistently and accurately
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, and help identify cost-saving measures

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong working knowledge of financial software programs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
