We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Surat Thani branch. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Leading and coaching the sales team / branch staff, ensuring the team is capable of delivering on sales targets and operational excellence.
• Building strong customer and partner relationships.
• Managing day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance.
• Driving branch profitability through effective financial management.
• Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, with proven leadership in sales and operations.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service and building long-term client relationships.
