The R&D Paint Supervisor at PT Avia Avian Tbk. is responsible for leading research and development efforts in new product development and optimization within the paint and coating industry.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Planning and conducting a long term research regarding new product development, substitution and optimization formulation.
• Report the result directly to manager and/or director.
• Supporting corporate not only business operation but also organization development and culture together with team.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
• Experienced minimum 3 year in Paint / Coating Industry.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator.
• Good written and verbal presentation skills.
• Good analytical skill.
• Good computer skill.
• Proficient in English, both oral and writen.
