AutoStore is seeking a Production Manager for a new factory in Thailand. The company is a leading provider of automation technology for warehouse and distribution facilities, known for its innovative solutions and significant global presence.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Production Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet customer demands and deadlines efficiently. Ensure all products comply with AutoStore's technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements throughout the production lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team, organizing regular review meetings and feedback sessions to maintain high levels of team performance and morale. Define and implement the organizational structure and allocate both internal and external resources as necessary.
• Budget and Resource Management: Plan and control the production budget, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and proper cost allocation.
• System Implementation: Implement and maintain the Toyota Production System (TPS) to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and subsidiaries to align production with broader company goals and initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ
• University degree in Engineering / Production or relevant field of technical or business education.
• Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving.
• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with quality assurance systems, lean manufacturing principles, and environmental and safety regulations.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinking.
• Able to interface directly with cross-functional teams.
• Recognize and prioritize quality issues.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
