The Legal Officer will be responsible for managing legal affairs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal guidance to the organization.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Be Responsible for arranging Board of Director Meetings and Shareholder Meeting including preparation of related document in English.
• Prepare and filing application and legal document to government authorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDA, Service Agreement, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Memorandum for new project and legal due diligence, etc. in English and Thai.
• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with relevant law and regulations applicable to our operation.
• Research laws and regulations and give appropriate legal opinion on various business issues.
• Administer compliance Management including analyzing and ensuring compliance with laws.
• Create compliance policies regarding the company’s business.
• Ensure that all raised legal cases are solved with immediate response.
• Perform the other tasks as per assigned.
คุณสมบัติ
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in laws or higher.
• Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with laws dealing with commercial/contract administration.
• Good command in English language is a must.
• Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
• Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.
• Have a good command in Microsoft Office Program, email correspondence, etc.
• Have own car and be able to work in Bangpoo.
