เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist the Livestream and retail team with daily activities and execution of livestream campaigns, such as thematic livestreams and brands’ livestreams, ensuring all the executions happen in a timely and professional manner
• Host live shopping events to showcase products and answer customer inquiries in real-time.
• Assist in analyzing livestream performance data to generate meaningful insights and reports
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to optimize live event performance.
• Analyze customer feedback from live sessions to improve future events.
• Monitor live event performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Assist in administrative tasks and marketing operations
คุณสมบัติ
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and livestream ecosystem a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing or retail sales.
• Ability to manage and respond to live customer queries in real-time.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
