Chicago Pneumatic is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Product Sales Engineer to drive growth in the Indonesian market, focusing on construction, mining, utility, oil & gas, and other industrial sectors. The role involves customer consultation, supporting dealer accounts, and developing business in specific applications related to portable air compressors and construction handheld tools.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Execution of sales development plan by promoting and selling of CP portable air compressors and construction handheld tools solutions portfolio in the target market segments in Indonesian territory.
• Providing ground product & customer technical and application support - key point of contact for dealers and end-customers, answering queries, providing technical advice and demonstrating equipment solutions.
• Tracking market developments, collaborating with sales, marketing and service teams, providing inputs for creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and developing and nurturing dealers and customer relations.
• Handling and closing large opportunities.
• Supporting key dealer accounts.
• Identifying and prospecting for high potential end-users in the territory relative to CP portable air and tools market segments focus and strategy.
คุณสมบัติ
• Proposing, presenting, negotiating and closing deals at local, mid-management, and executive levels with dealers and end customers.
• Microsoft Teams to host virtual meetings, provide online trainings, etc.
• SAP C4C customer relationship management (CRM) system for regular reporting of sales activities, leads generation, opportunity conversion sales quotes and sales forecasting.
• Power BI in reading reports and graphs to aid market and business analysis.
• Engaging on new potential customers, identifying and understanding customer needs.
• Teaching and offering valuable insights that may never crossed a customer’s mind.
• Tailoring customized sales to customer’s needs and concerns.
• Taking control of the customer’s sales experience.
• Providing technical information and training on CP Portable Air & Tools products and applications.
• Assisting the dealers during joint visits to the end-customer.
