Day to day, you will make a difference by using marketing and communications to generate and handle sales leads and increase trust in the Atlas Copco brand. No two days are the same – we never stand still and are always looking for new ideas to support the compressor business area with attractive web content and engaging events and activities. You will report to and support the Lead Generation Manager. Be our go-to person for all things related to marketing communication support to align with the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing:
• Be the first line of communication with leads to identify business needs and propose solutions.
• Connect and communicate with other divisions or functions to ensure customer needs are clearly captured.
• Improve data excellence: manage and ensure data quality of our CRM system by performing periodic data clean-up and improvement.
• Continuously build and update knowledge about our markets and potential customers: territory management, competition, etc.
• Create reports and provide analysis of lead status and acceptance.
• Collaborate with related stakeholders to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Communication:
• Initiate and support employer branding activities and campaigns such as strategic events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate the development and localization of marketing materials (commercial documentation, company magazine, leaflets, brochures, newsletters, etc.).
• Responsible for communication administration (record purchase orders for Marketing & Communication).
• Create new web content along with subject matter experts and publish it on the Atlas Copco Indonesia Compressor website using Adobe Experience Manager or SharePoint.
• Safeguard our brand identity in all our communications material.
• Other tasks as required based on urgency and priority.

The person we are looking for has:
• Educational and skill requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong computer skills (MS Office package).
• Able to communicate both speaking and writing in English; an IELTS band of 7 will be an advantage.
• Experience requirements:
• At least 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing communication from a startup or other fast-paced company is preferred.
• Experience working with SEO and content structure.
• Experience working with web content management systems, Marketo, Google Analytics 4, and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with Power BI will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with C4C or equivalent CRM software.
• Experience in event support.
• Experience working within the industrial sector with technology-driven products.
• Personality requirements:
• Strong project management skills, with experience successfully managing both fast turn-around and long-term projects simultaneously.
• Passion to learn and explore new things with a can-do attitude.
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and a strong personal online profile.
