หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Define & monitor KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and align with Management and Stakeholder needs.
• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to all ASTRO's Warehouse (Dry).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within warehouse fulfillment operations.
• Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead data-driven projects to optimize key performance areas, including productivity, cost management, and error reduction.
• Manage implementation process to ensure the success of a project.
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and Implement high-value analyses that will deliver practical insights.
• Define & monitor end to end business process improvement initiatives with targeted results.
• Analyze fundamental problems in Operational and fulfillment based on North Star Metric rate that mainly come from Operational on the ground side and think strategically about the long-term solution and execute it by working together with other stakeholders.
• Coordinates with various business units & vertical Operations to initiate projects/tasks, facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of associates to execute process excellence initiatives.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar fields will be a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence from a logistic, e-commerce or consultant background.
• Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation.
• Proficiency in technical project management with customer focus.
• A strong leader with an ability to ideate, innovate and implement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-energy individual with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency.
• Willing to jump in and work alongside a team of all levels to identify issues and quickly find solutions.
