The AVP of Strategic Operations & Support will lead and oversee the company's strategic operations, customer experience, and business operations support functions. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

As our Astronaut, you will be doing:
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the planning and execution of business expansion initiatives.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that contribute to business growth.
• Design and implement customer experience strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to deliver superior service.
• Oversee the management of the blue-collar workforce, focusing on fulfillment, retention, and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce performance and engagement.
• Monitor regular technical audits to ensure operational processes and systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
• Oversee the provision of support services that ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations. This includes facilities management, IT support, and other essential services.

คุณสมบัติ

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
• Min Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a similar industry is preferable.
• Proven track record in strategic operations initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Familiarity with technical audits, infrastructure management, and operational support systems.
• The proper combination of business, financial, and operations acumen.
