หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential vendors for our private FMCG products.
• Gather key contact information and maintain an up-to-date database of vendor contacts.
• Coordinate initial communications with vendors to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation related to private label products, vendors, and agreements.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are accurately filed and easily accessible in the company’s shared drive.
คุณสมบัติ
• Undergraduate students (final semester) /Fresh Grads from Business, Management, Communication, or related majors;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud storage systems (e.g., Google Drive).
• Good in communication skill
• Well-organized and high eagerness to learn.
• Able to start immediately
