Aspire is the leading all-in-one finance operating system for growing businesses in APAC, on a mission to reinvent business finance for a new generation of entrepreneurs and business owners. The Operations Intern will assist the service delivery team in ensuring customers can operate seamlessly on the platform and guarantee the best customer experience possible.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assist the service delivery team in managing and coordinating daily operational tasks.
• Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide first-level support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to payment processing.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance and customer feedback.
• Participate in identifying and suggesting improvements to service delivery processes.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

คุณสมบัติ

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of payment gateways and financial transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to be working from office 4x a week.
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
