The Senior Odoo Software Developer is responsible for optimizing workflows, developing new features, and integrating Odoo with third-party systems while managing existing implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Perform end-to-end analysis and identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes within Odoo.
• Develop, test, and deploy new Odoo features and modules, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Manage and maintain existing Odoo implementations, including updates, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and trends, and suggest best practices to improve system performance and efficiency.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Proven experience in leading development projects and managing teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture, ORM, and API integration.
• Experience with Odoo web frameworks and module creation (new custom modules and extending existing modules).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party applications using RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes such as sales, inventory, accounting, and manufacturing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
• Additional Qualifications: Experience with Odoo’s front-end technologies such as QWeb, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
