The Retail Admin Operations position involves providing administrative support to the Retail Operations Manager and managing various data reporting and coordination tasks across nationwide stores.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assisting & provide administration matter to ROM (Retail Operations Manager)
• Recap every administration matter by Nationwide stores
• Recap & Report data Pending maintenance by Nationwide Stores
• Recap & Report ARM’s Monthly schedule Visit
• Recap & Report data Terupdate untuk total & Plotting Manpower on weekly basis
• Recap & Report kebutuhan Pest Control by Nationwide stores
• Recap & Submit data Perjalanan Dinas Asst retail Manager (on weekly / Monthly Basis)
• Recap & Order ATK & healthy Protocol (Mask, handsanitizer, POP Jaga Jarak, cotton, etc.,)
• Recap Mall Updated (Operational hour, List of Competitor, Operational Issue) on weekly basis
• Recap & Report result of weekly SO Mandiri by nationwide stores to Retail Operation Manager
• Recap & Report Result of Store visit Report by All ARM (on Daily Basis)
• Coordinated with certain department for Administration matter which related to Retail & Operation Needs
• Others quick data to recap based on ROM / Head of Sales Needs
คุณสมบัติ
• Min D3-S1 (any major)
• Min. 1 years experience in adminstration
• MS. Office (Excel, Word, PPT is Must)
• Good in Communication & Coordination
• Preferrable at least have 1 year of experience as a Admin Retail / Operation team or in a related field
• Experiences in Retail Industries
• Preferably able to operate system Oracle NetSuite
