The Assistant Retail Manager at F&B Venchi is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving sales targets.

• Responsible of employment of each stores including future planning
• Monitoring roster of each store to ensure the daily productivity
• Establish regular training schedule for the staffs to maintain standard operations procedure and increase customer experience
• Ensure store inventory are well organize and meet expectation set by operations and monitoring the flow in the store and review based on requirement
• Monitoring and ensure each store apply FEFO of store inventory including inventory shelf life at each store and rotation if needed
• Monitoring and ensure store availability of each product SKU and collection for daily sales
• Drive and push daily sales target to meet brand and company expectation
• Report and feedback on going promotional activity during campaign
• Monitoring and ensure daily duty logbook; temperatures control of each machine, opening and closing of certain stock, cash management (if any), communication between shifts
• Complete store operations assessment to validate compliance with company and brand regulations
• Monitoring and ensure visual merchandise are all meet brand guidelines and set for daily operational
• Ensures Store Operation Assessments are used consistently to keep the store clean, safe and ready to serve customers
• Make sure all S.O.P are all well execute as according to company directions
• Capable of solve operational issue related to consumer’s experience and internal issue
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• Experience in retail or food and beverages industry operations
• Able to manage the overall operations of eight to ten stores independently
• Experience in analyzing sales, P&L and forecasting budget reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment. Have working knowledge of business process and system development
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Understand the inventory scheme well
• In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety
• Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them
• Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Preferably Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• Able to work under pressure and timeline
