This role will focus on ensuring Arup delivers high-quality outcomes in projects of all sizes and scopes in the property and science & industry sectors, while protecting the firm's long and short-term interests.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Be responsible for ensuring that projects of all sizes are completed in line with quality, budget and program expectations.
• Act as Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader on selected projects and be responsible for successful delivery of those projects.
• Develop sound working relationships with clients, partners, sub-consultants etc.
• Set and meet agreed budgets and deadlines. In addition, you may be accountable for managing the financial performance of specified areas.
• Contribute to business development activities through winning new projects and negotiating contracts with target client group.

คุณสมบัติ

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in form of a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering. A Masters’ degree will be well regarded.
• 10-15 years professional experience. Proven industry experience as a Project Manager/Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader in project/design management ideally within Data Centre work.
• Membership of relevant professional institution(s).
• Sound working knowledge of relevant Indonesian legislation, regulations, codes of practice, standards and guidelines.
• A deep knowledge and understanding of multi-disciplinary projects interfaces as evidenced through substantial and demonstrated experience.
