The Tender Manager / Contract Manager (Engineering) is responsible for handling tenders, controlling project budgets, and managing contracts under the supervision of the Project Manager.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Handle the Tenders and control the overall budget of the project
• Works under the Project Manager’s supervision
• Prepare the procurement strategy with the Project Manager prior submission to Client for approval
• Coordinates the preparation of the tender documentation packages (contracts...)
• Reviews and comments on the Bills of Quantities provided by the Architects and Engineering Consultant or Quantity Surveyor and coordinates with others
• Compiles and sends out the tender documentation, tracks the progress of submissions
• Records the clarifications from tenderers and coordinates with others to provide answers and replies – reports to the Project Manager
• Analyzes tender packages for contractors (all packages)
• Collects the Offers analysis and report all packages
• Attends and leads the Tender Clarification meetings - all packages
• Attends the Final negotiation with contractors all packages and Project Manager and Client
• Confirms with Client the selection of contractors - all packages
• Prepare letter of Acceptance and contractor contracts - all packages.
• Coordinates the contract agreements
• Monitors the progress and delays in tenders
• Responsible for legal matters and contractual management.
• Handle the Cost control of the project
• Works under the Project Manager’s supervision
• Manage contract of contractors during the works
• Follow up the costs including variation during the works
• Approve the Contractors settlements (Quantity surveying) before proceeding to Interim Payment Certificate (monthly claims)
• Follow up the costs including variation orders during the design and works
• Prepare the final accounts for submission to the owner
• Manage the preparation of Appendix / Addendum contracts in coordination with the Tender Manager and Project Management.
• Updates the projects overall budget tracking accordingly with the QS (if any).
• Other related tasks assigned
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 3-5 years of working experience related to Tender Manager and Contract Management
• Good command of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.
• Good command in AutoCAD program, if command in Revit program would be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Thai both spoken and written.
• Having a Personal car and driving license would be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-diagnostic skills.
• Positive attitude towards resolving problems.
