Aroma Group was originally founded by the Wongwaree family to produce and distribute Sing Sam Dow, a traditional brand of Thai coffee. The business at Mongkolsawas shop grew around the important working principles of being enthusiastic, hard working and loyal, which in essence created a company that customers trusted and believed in. Eventually when roasted and ground coffee beans became more popular than traditional Thai Coffee, we grabbed the opportunity to adapt ourselves to the new coffee drinking trends rather than let the situation turn into a crisis. With great enthusiasm and readiness for change, we learnt about the culture of freshly roasted coffee and the requirements of customers to develop a popular taste of coffee that is nowadays so widespread. The beginning of Aroma’s roasted and ground coffee was therefore based on a special formula that combined talent with experience, whilst always maintaining our working principles throughout the company’s history. This has made our business grow steadily and stronger over the last 70 years, along with enhancing our reputation for producing good quality coffee in Thailand.

The Key Account Executive - Modern Trade is responsible for managing key accounts, analyzing sales performance, and maintaining relationships with both customers and principals to achieve sales targets and business growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage strategy to balance gross to net and pricing of group key accounts.
• Analyze sales statistic, promotion and trade performance for efficiently control trade promotion budget.
• Commit to achieve agreed sales budget under responsibility.
• Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation to gain new business.
• Prepare quarterly business review with key accounts. Conduct marketing campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers.
• Maintain good relationship with existing and new principals. Provide them business with strategy, goals, and plans of the department including sharing market information and coordinating in solving business and product problems.
• Maintain good relationship with customers. Make field visit to coach sales team and solve business problem.
• Review marketing and sales reports such as Campaign Evaluation Report, Market Report, and Daily Sales Report.
• To do Category health check and still can deliver the sales performance.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least bachelor's degree with preferable in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Key account Management.
• Has direct experiences to work with MT especially Tesco would be an advantage.
• Fluently in reading, writing and speaking in English.
• Good in analytical, negotiation, presentation and people management skill.
• To handle the complexity of work load and still can deliver the sales performance.
• Wining attitude and excellent commitment.
