The Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring and inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards, collecting and analyzing quality data, and handling non-conformance issues.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Monitoring and Inspection.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of products and processes at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• In-Process Checks: Perform in-process quality checks, including visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and functional testing.
• Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and verify that production equipment is operating correctly and within specified parameters.
• Quality Data Collection and Analysis
• Data Recording: Ensure accurately daily data record inspection results and process data for analysis.
• Trend Analysis: Assist in analyzing collected data to identify trends, variances, or potential areas of concern in the manufacturing process.
• Reporting: Daily quality reports and communicate findings to process quality engineers, production managers, and other relevant.
• Non-Conformance Handling
• Defect Identification: Identify defects or non-conformances in products and processes, and flag them for corrective action.
• Documentation: Document non-conformance issues with internal customer concern and maintain records of rejected products, including reasons for rejection and corrective actions taken.
• Quarantine Procedures: Follow quarantine procedures for defective products to prevent them from reaching the customer.

คุณสมบัติ

• Have experience in Quality field more 3 years or relevant technical 2 years.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in inspections and documentation to catch even minor quality issues.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication for reporting findings and working with other team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential quality issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with software for data entry and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, quality management systems).
