The Product Specialist is responsible for managing product lines, developing strategic plans, and implementing marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets while identifying growth opportunities and conducting competitor analysis.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage the responsible product lines, develop strategic plan and implement the on-line and off-line marketing campaigns, working closely with sales and marketing departments to achieve the sales target.
• Identify the business growth opportunities, products potential and segment potential within portfolio as well as conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Be able to lead initiative project to drive sales.
• Create effective sales tools such as application guide, product brochure, technical content etc.
• Prepare suitable technical articles for different target markets for publishing on both online and offline media.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to promote penetration, retention and loyalty.
• Plan and conduct product training to both internal and external customers with the End in Mind of developing front-line staffs becoming Solution Adviser.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting optimal inventory levels and ordering schedules.
• Visit customers with Sales team to evaluate market trends, competitive movement and develop effective product strategies.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Pure Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Material Science or related majors in Analytical Chemistry.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Laboratory analytical work (QC, R&D). Experience from Pharmaceutical laboratory is highly preferable.
• Advanced knowledge in applications of different types of physical and chemical standards and organic chemicals.
• Strong knowledge in analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, GC, ICP.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong Data analysis.
• Customer-oriented with passion to win and growth mindset.
• Able to travel to visit customers upon request.
• Able to travel to our warehouse in Kingkaew soi.3/1, Samutprakarn from time to time to provide training and inspect incoming products.
