Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) has entered a joint venture agreement with SAL Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (SAL), an airport ground support equipment rental and other services, to establish AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd.(AOTGA) with an aim to provide ground equipment services at all airports under AOT’s responsibility. AOTGA was established in 2018 to provide a full suite of ground handling services to airlines. The company is guided by its philosophy to provide personal, safe and efficient experiences to its customers, exceeding expectations in the process. The company employs a thoroughly trained and motivated work force, capable of expertly servicing. Its facilities are maintained at the highest international standards, with an emphasis on stringent security and safety procedures. เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Take overall responsibility for the company's end-to-end strategic sourcing of products and services with appropriate suppliers to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage cross-functional teams with representatives in each station to collect requirements and collaborate with Users to identify inquiry and improvement lists for defined solutions and collaborate with suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guide, supervise, and monitor team members to achieve high performance.
• Ensure that team members and other stakeholders follow Procurement Directives.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Procurement and Sourcing Strategy.
• Experience in Data Analysis.
• Teamwork skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Cooperation and Communication skills.
