• Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Identify employee training needs and organize development programs.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Benchmark and recommend competitive compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
คุณสมบัติ
Who We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in managing teams and HR projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
• Leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
