ตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการตลาด / อาวุโส / ผู้จัดการ มีหน้าที่ในการวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาด รวมถึงการสื่อสารการตลาดและการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• การวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาด
• การสื่อสารการตลาด (Marketing Communication)
• การวิเคราะห์ตลาดและลูกค้า
• การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า
• ออกแบบสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์
• งานสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ
คุณสมบัติ
• มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) และเครื่องมือดิจิทัล เช่น Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager รวมถึง Photoshop และ Canva
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
