หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Acquire customers to achieve monthly revenue and net profit targets set by management.
• Develop and explore new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Maintain professional contact with customers and teams (Operations & Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide weekly updates on the pipeline and activities.
• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management within the specified branch.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to provide feedback on vendors, agents, and liners to improve company performance.
• Follow up on credit terms and credit limits in accordance with company regulations.
• Ensure the team updates customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth coordination with the Operations and Finance teams.
• Provide training for junior sales staff or sales support.
• Provide rates and service quotations to customers within the authority granted by management.
• Assist in transitioning customers to the Andalin system.
• Coordinate with the pricing team to obtain the best costs for customer price quotations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in any field is required.
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, ideally within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a proven track record in achieving revenue goals and driving profitability.
• Branch Management Agility: Experience in managing resources, budgeting, and making strategic adjustments to align with the branch’s initial capital and financial targets.
• Ability to adapt operational and sales strategies as needed to maximize returns on the initial capital provided.
• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively with clients.
• Expertise in problem-solving to address client needs and operational challenges swiftly.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership with a focus on motivating, mentoring, and developing team members to reach branch goals.
• Ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture within the branch.
• Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building and client retention.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
