The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage all aspects of human resources practices and process including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, general affairs, performance management and other HR matters
• Implement and execute HR strategies, procedures, initiatives in compliance with the local labor law and work closely with HRQ
• Manage and analyze HR reports for management
• Monitoring the local HR budget, ensuring relevant costs and expenses are within the allocated budget
• Foster a positive work environment and culture
• Other duties as assigned by management / HQ in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
คุณสมบัติ
• Graduate from Bachelor in any field
• Have experience as HR Manager
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English
• Have experience using SAP ECP & Talenta
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Proven analytical skills and attention to details
• Experience in HR Operations – end to end employee life cycle management with ability to work effectively in a global/ regional and joint venture environment, with strong service orientation and business judgment
• A team player who is independent, self-confident, flexible and has a self-motivated personality with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a dynamic environment
