หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for increasing the number of Anchor / Partner
• Responsible create activity to increasing the number of Debtor from each Anchor / Partner
• Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management
• Responsible to make proposal (New and Renewal)
• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in any fields
• Proven work experience as Team Leader or Supervisor or Branch Manager is a must
• Experience in SME & Commercial Products for at least 5 years
• Having an SME & Commercial customer database
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time management skills
