We are seeking a dynamic and committed Investor Relations Associate to play a critical role in enhancing LP engagement programs, with close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Key responsibilities:
• Supporting LP engagement programs
• Timely, professional and accurate correspondence with investors' inquiries
• Maintaining assets for key LP communications, including but not limited to fund updates, firm introduction, financial statements, capital calls, portfolio company introductions, thought leadership content and market commentaries
• Assisting with the delivery of Annual General Meetings, conferences and strategic webinars
• Tooling research and maintenance around suite of CRM, portfolio management, communication and reporting tools
• Ensuring all communications comply with relevant regulatory requirements

Coordinating reporting and fundraising initiatives
• Preparing comprehensive quarterly reports to update on portfolio performance and market trends
• Analyzing information on financial performance, investment outcomes, and portfolio metrics
• Benchmarking and analyzing data about fund performance against global peers
• Support fundraising specific initiatives, including but not limited to pitch presentation, data room management, legal and due diligence documentation, and investors' onboarding
• Tracking the team's meeting diary, travel plans, expenses and conference schedules

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• 3+ years experience in fund administration or investors relations preferred, with relevant experience in private markets or investment banking
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of private market dynamics
• Excellent command of English in written communication; fluency with Bahasa Indonesian
• Superb interpersonal skills in navigating cross-cultural nuances and remote reporting relationship
• Proficiency with data analysis across CRM tools, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing and startup environment
