As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for the consumer sector, you will act as a cofounder, responsible for executing, growing, and strategizing the key operations, marketing, branding, and commercial aspects of the business. You will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into successful companies, with a hands-on approach in both strategic decision-making and execution.

• Business Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch and scale the venture across various aspects such as operations, marketing, and sales.
• Marketing & Branding: Build and implement marketing and branding strategies to create brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and position the startup in the market.
• Operations Management: Oversee the setup and optimization of operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Commercial & Business Development: Lead the development of revenue models, pricing strategies, partnerships, and market expansion efforts.
• Growth & Scalability: Identify opportunities for growth, optimize business performance, and scale operations to capture market share.
• Hands-On Execution: Actively involved in the day-to-day operations and decision-making, with a focus on driving tangible results.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team as the venture scales, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.

• Entrepreneurial Experience: Proven experience as a cofounder or entrepreneur with a strong track record of building and scaling ventures.
• Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to take on an active role in execution while guiding strategic growth.
• Educational Background: Degree from a reputable university, ideally in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related fields.
• Professional Experience: Background working in blue-chip companies or highly structured corporate environments, with the ability to bring professional rigor to the venture.
• Agile Problem-Solver: Comfortable navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Passion for Building Startups: Enthusiastic about creating new ventures and driving them from concept to commercial success.
