The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process and administrative tasks.

• Screening and sourcing for potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews daily and create reports on the candidate assessments.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the hiring.
• Doing administrative tasks such as onboarding process and employment contracts.
• Create and publish job advertisements on various portals.
• Build relationships with prospective employees through professional groups on social media and at events.
• Establishing qualification criteria for prospective employees.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct phone screening to create a list of qualified candidates.
• Interviewing candidates in person for various roles (junior, senior, and executive).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably Psychology.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably IT recruiting experience.
• Strong in Administration, Sourcing Candidates, Detail Oriented, and familiar with Excel and other Microsoft office.
• Can join ASAP (Preferable), to hand over tasks with a current recruiter during her notice period.
