Alodokter is seeking a People Operations professional to join their HR Department on a 1-year contract. The role involves managing various HR administrative tasks and coordinating employee-related processes.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage all administrative matters related to HR functions such as Personnel Database, Manage Employment Contracts, NDA, Leave and other employee's permit
• Manage Employee data in the HRIS platform (Talenta).
• Organizing Company events such as Company birthdays and other Company events
• Prepare HR documents for ISO Audit.
• Manage and update Company Regulations.
• Coordination for updating the Company Organizational chart.
• Responsible for the administration of employment benefits such as activating and deactivating Aloproteksi insurance.
• Responsible for all Employee Offboarding processes (Exit Interview, Paklaring, etc.).
• Process the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) / Warning Letters for Employees.
• Manage employee contracts, probationary periods, promotions, demotions, transfers, and agreements of termination of employment (PHK).
• Process HR-related invoices via the Approval Max System and send them to the Finance team.
• Responsible for handling internal communications with employees (verification data, announcements & inquiries)
• Coordinate with the Infosec team to deactivate Grab Corporate
• Coordinate with the GA team for employee identity cards
• Processing phone allowances for eligible employees
• Other tasks that will be assigned by the company.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree (S1)
• Maximum 1- 2 years experience in People Operations
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail oriented
• Can join ASAP (Preferable), to hand over tasks with current People Ops during her notice period
