allnex is looking for a Technical Service Business Development Specialist to support the team in the Composites sector, focusing on driving business growth and customer satisfaction by introducing new products, delivering technical services, and expanding market presence with the composites industry.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Visit and communicate with customers, ensuring daily customer engagement.
• Coordinate with sales staff to support new business development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers.
• Provide technical support for new product introductions and product development projects.
• Conduct application testing and evaluate products and processes.
• Offer guidance to Technical and Production teams as needed.
• Prepare technical reports for customers regarding complaints or technical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing activities and projects.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial chemist or technical service role.
• Practical expertise in UPR, VE, and gelcoat applications, with experience in composites or FRP composite materials preferred. Knowledge or experience with UV-cured resins is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
