• Lead and manage the security team.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to team members on security protocols.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies effectively.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
คุณสมบัติ
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective while managing various situations.
• Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Certification in security or related training is preferred.
