We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Team Leader (Engineering) to oversee and manage key engineering projects within our property. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies.
• Promote sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
• Previous experience in engineering project management, preferably within the hospitality or construction industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
