As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs and activities and for ensuing that the Alila culture and spirit is alive and well within the hotel / resort.

• Responsible for planning and delivering training programs and activities
• Ensure that the Alila culture and spirit is alive and well within the hotel / resort
• Work with departmental trainers on the development and implementation of on-the-job training
• Ensure that all team members are fully trained in their roles
• Enable team members to deliver the high level of service that Alila is known for
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree in Hotel Hospitality, Education or a related field
• Previous experience in delivering training and developing training programs and materials ideally in hospitality or a customer service-related industry
• Strong communication, training and presentation skills
• Passionate about developing others and yourself
