• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue across all market segments.
• Manage a high-performing sales team.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
• Ensure Alila Villas Uluwatu remains a top choice for luxury travelers globally.

• Proven track record in a senior Sales role within the luxury hospitality industry (minimum 5 years).
• Strong network in the global luxury travel market.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with Hyatt systems and standards is a plus.
