• Learn insights of customer's growth life-circle to adjust content and arrange trainings
• Offer data preparation for consultations for first year and dropout customers
• Support organizing offline training and events
• Analyze data for customer performance and industry opportunities
• Support Seller Ops Team's Offline Activities
• Translate and consolidate learning/training materials
คุณสมบัติ
• Graduated from Ecommerce/Economics department
• Interested in Ecommerce field
• Hard working, smart, and good at learning
• Quick learner and adapter, flexible but goal oriented
• Data sensitive and excel familiar
• Good English business skill, Advance proficiency in Mandarin communication is preferable
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
