The MEP Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in construction and maintenance projects, including managing MEP specialty contractors and on-site problem-solving.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scope of work
• Provide direct oversight of various MEP specialty contractor works
• Solve on-site problems related to MEP works

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in landed residential development/project, minimal 3 years in supervisor/coordinator position
• Able to create design and technical drawings related to water pump specification, plumbing, water treatment, reservoir, single-line diagram of clean water, electrical installation, etc.
• Knowledge of testing electrical and water supply
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Project, Auto-Cad, etc)
• Hard-worker, dynamic, high integrity, detail-oriented, good communication skills, teamwork, and target-oriented
• Work Safety Awareness
• Able to work beyond regular working hours and days
• Gresik placement
