This position will be in charge of specific, general and/or transversal topics which need to be analyzed and prepared for decision-making by the management about recurrent and operational/functional/strategy activities.

• Implement in the form of reports format, dashboard, documentation that is easily understood for a quick overview of the business and overview in a meaningful way
• Coordinate with different stakeholders, internal and external to ensure alignment in strategy
• Consolidate business presentations on specific topics. Draft documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for management
• Assist in coordinating specific meeting attendance or attending
• Develop synergies across division and Airbus entities
• Comply with the Airbus Ethics and Compliance policies and safety standards of Airbus.
• Respecting the confidentiality of the work
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Previous working experience in similar role(s) or in leadership position supporting management
• Solid track record of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Results orientated with the ability to deliver results
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good aeronautical knowledge is an added advantage
• Good Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Good Proficiency in IT tools & Google Suite
• Able to multitask and prioritize
