The International Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining brand standards, developing personnel, integrating innovative learning, executing tasks, planning operations, and managing data and documents to ensure efficient operations.

• Operations Management: Ensure After You brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Personnel Development: Educate and mentor assigned team members while creating relevant teaching materials in English.
• Innovative Learning: Research and integrate new knowledge to enhance teaching and learning, particularly in alignment with mission-related work.
• Task Execution: Carry out tasks as assigned to meet organizational goals.
• Operational Planning: Develop work plans in line with executive policies and procedures to achieve objectives successfully.
• Data and Document Analysis: Analyze, prepare, and manage information, documents, and action plans to ensure efficient operations.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Strong understanding of the industry, including key performance metrics and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in monitoring and evaluating performance to drive improvements.
• Skilled in drafting and summarizing action plans, reports, and professional documents.
