The HR&GA Superintendent position requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HR&GA supervisor in the industrial sector. The role is based in Bayung Lencir (on the border of Palembang-Jambi) and involves managing HR operational tasks, general affairs, recruitment, and internal and external relations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate operational personnel activities on the project, including attendance issues, BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, medical claims, leave arrangements, termination processes, and employee development mediation.
• Coordinate the HRGA Project team to recruit and select non-staff employees based on approved budget.
• Coordinate the HRGA team to handle HR administrative tasks related to employee requests, budget additions, acting/promotion requests, Point of Hire (POH) changes, mutations, basic salary changes, annual performance evaluations, staff and non-staff terminations, company asset maintenance, and factory environment and building maintenance.
• Coordinate training and development requests for employees in all departments on the project, ensuring that the HRGA Project team carries out administrative tasks related to these requests.

• Industrial experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience as an HR&GA supervisor.
• Willing to be placed in Bayung Lencir (on the border of Palembang-Jambi).
• Hardworking, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Strong character, good leadership, low profile, and good work ethics.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology preferred.
• Able to work in a team.
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in the same position in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in managing HR operational tasks, general affairs, recruitment, and internal and external relations.
• Understanding of labor laws.
