The Feed Additives Product Manager position at ADM focuses on driving growth and innovation in the feed additives sector, contributing to the company's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability.

• Drive product strategy and execution for feed additives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• Develop marketing strategies to promote feed additives
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Provide training and support to sales teams on product features and benefits
• Prepare and present reports on product performance and market insights

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
• Proven experience in product management or marketing in the feed additives industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
