เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in shared service center environments and will be responsible for managing accounts payable operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Process vendor invoices, payment requests, and expense reports in compliance with company policies
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle in ERP system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payment runs
• Handle vendor inquiries and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities
• Support internal and external audits
• Assist in process improvement initiatives
• Prepare various AP reports and analytics

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a shared service center environment
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and best practices
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with process standardization and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to base in BanKhai, Rayong (WHA RIL)
