We are seeking an innovative and empathetic Talent and Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, Indonesia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates
• Lead and oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a strong organizational culture aligned with company values
• Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on career development opportunities
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming and equitable workplace
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational culture

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and culture management
