The Key Account Manager for the Surabaya Area in the Pharmaceutical Division is responsible for managing a group of customers to achieve sales targets and develop profitable business with both new and existing customers.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels.
• Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.
• Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of business.
• Responsible for the direct sales process.
• Managing & creating relationship with external stakeholders.
• Prepare & plan sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs.
• Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory environments.
• Have good sales capability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
