In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of service offerings, solutions, and projects to customers. Each day, you will contribute to the execution of service strategy and growth by focusing on cost-effective service delivery and adherence guidelines.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Ensures compliance with group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented in own area of responsibility. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety. Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting sustainability observation tours consistently.
• Guides, motivates, and develops subordinates. Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensures that all service team members are certified in line with global certification and local regulations.
• Reviews competence levels to ensure each service engineer, technician and subcontractor is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to them.
• Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility. Collaborates within local service units and with other Service teams to promote ABB approach towards customers. Builds sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with sales.
• Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)). Allocates, drives, and monitors work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload.
• Effectively utilizes available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets (e.g. OTD, response time, ordered service offerings, update of installed based data). Ensures that materials and components to feed service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock, and timing.
• Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements in order to achieve service excellence in own area of responsibility. Drives continuous service productivity improvement activities in the assigned service team. Utilizes efficient tools to streamline service processes to support the customer.

Qualifications for the role:
• Minimum Bachelor in Electrical Engineering Else have experienced more than 2 years in Electrical Engineering in LV/MV switchgear.
