The HR Program Partner plays a crucial role in delivering and implementing Division HR Programs/projects aligned with division People Priorities initiatives.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

The HR Program Partner delivers and implements Division HR Programs/projects in alignment with division People Priorities initiatives and direction.
• Learning and Development Program/solution: Deliver, facilitate, and administer comprehensive learning and development programs. Maintain and enhance the divisional learning portal and talent development tools.
• Cultural and Capability Building: Drive cultural and capability-building initiatives. Engage employees and managers to foster a continuous learning culture and support local HRBPs.
• Talent and Development Needs: Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and address talent and development needs. Recommend and implement innovative programs and solutions.
• Operational and Strategic Support: Provide HR operations support, career counseling, and change management. Collaborate on people analytics, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering function with the main focus on Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
• Experience with managing and influencing stakeholders in a large global matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of both local and global priorities.
• Good understanding of Workday system and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Fluent English language skills.
