Our client in the HoReCa industry is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive the expansion of sustainable water filtration systems across Phuket’s luxury hospitality market. This role focuses on new business development, targeting premium restaurants, resorts, and hotels, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires a proactive approach and a hunter mindset to thrive in Phuket’s competitive high-end market.

Kewajiban

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition in Phuket’s HoReCa sector.
- Identify, engage, and close deals with high-end restaurants, hotels, and resorts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively generating leads and exploring market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Provide training, client support, and manage service requests to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and assist with installations and technical support when needed.

Kualifikasi

- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the HoReCa industry.
- Proven success in lead generation, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a hunter mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, French, or Japanese are an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Phuket market and the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
