The Facility has been in operation at Bangpakong Industrial Park since 1988 and now transform its business to support the Medical Solution Market, producing Medical Connector, Cable and Fiber Device Assemblies in its white room.
Detail posisi
Kewajiban
• Handle quality issue in CM identified by Molex sourcing inspection effectively and timely to avoid process quality issue and customer impact. Review 8D report from supplier and make sure to be solved completely.
• Perform quarterly supplier quality performance assessment and drive the corrective actions definition and follow up with low performance vendor.
• Lead and organize the QPA audit for the new and existing suppliers. Drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier.
• Take the plant AQP rule to define and conduct the qualification plan for the new project before safe launch in CM. Including in FAI, DVPR, MSA, CPK etc.
• Take the responsible to handle the PCN from supplier and make sure any change is verified and approved prior to implement in CM process. Lead the yield and other improvement projects in CM to improve their process quality and reduce the scrap cost.
• Work with GCQ to handle the customer complaint, Drive the effective 8D improvement for the NC issues in CM. Ensure the alignment of quality acceptance criteria between Molex and Customer.
• Lead the planned customer quality audits in CM. Track corrective action completion based on the customer requirements.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Sufficient working experience on supplier quality improvement and customer quality issue handling.
• Work experience in cable assembly related industry is preferred.
• Be familiar with quality tools, e.g., DVPR FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC etc.
• Fluent on English communication and proficient in Thai.
• Be familiar with ISO9001, internal auditor certification.
• SAP transaction skill.
• Integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, good work attitude.
• Good at teamwork.
