As a foot massage therapist at doublecut, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot massages to clients in a relaxing and professional environment. You will report directly to the spa manager and work closely with other massage therapists to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Kewajiban

• Provide foot massages to clients using various techniques and pressure levels
• Assess clients' needs and customize massage treatments accordingly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing equipment and tools
• Educate clients on the benefits of foot massage and recommend follow-up treatments
• Keep accurate records of client sessions and progress
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques through continuing education
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive wellness services
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and professionalism
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Kualifikasi

• Certified in foot massage therapy
• Minimum of 2 years experience in foot massage therapy
• Strong knowledge of foot anatomy and common foot ailments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
